Suggested Use: Work up a good lather.. Wash as normal, focusing on affected areas, don’t scrub, leave it on for 20-30 seconds longer than normal and rinse clean. Always blot eczema patches dry with a new clean towel & IMMEDIATELY moisturize while the skin is still damp. 
Our “PURITY” unscented zinc infused tallow Buttercrème is recommended for a daily moisturizer for moderate to severe eczema in small children, however, simply moisturizing with Aquaphor or Vaseline will do.

DO NOT EXPECT IMMEDIATE RESULTS IN ANY OF OUR CHILDREN’S ITEMS. EVERYTHING FOR CHILDREN IN MY SHOP IS MADE MILD TO GRADUALLY BUT SURELY HEAL UP HIS OR HER SKIN. RESULTS BEGIN AROUND THE 3RD OR 4TH DAY OF USE, IF USED AS DIRECTED.
